upgrade from AMD Ryzen 2600

Hi

I currently have a stock AMD Ryzen 2600 and TUF B450M-PLUS mobo with a Vega 64 card

I'm slightly confused around the performance increase if I upgraded to a

3600X or 3700X Ryzen running on my B450 board

I hear that the Ryzen 7 would benefit from the X570 3700X and not the Ryzen 5 3600X

Also what is the performance increase from a 2600 to 3600X

I'm only gaming on this PC

Hi all

Yes I game @ 1440P and it does run ok

But getting between 100 - 145 FPS in different games

Just wondering if going from a stock 2600 to a 3600X would add much difference to the FPS
