Having finally obtained a decent desk, I am looking to replace my trusty 24" that has served me for the best part of 2 years now.
I am looking to upgrade to a 27" ideally, however a decent 24" would not go amiss. The monitor is pretty much going to be used for gaming, and will likely have my PS3 hooked up to it at some point. Not too fussed about the whole 3D thing as I think it's a little too gimmicky for my liking.
I currently have a P170EM that has an i7 3610QM, 8GB RAM and 7970m PC wise. I will be upgrading to a desktop again later in life when I have the funds.
Will I benefit more from 1440p and above, or will 120hz be a much better option?
