Upgrade From BallistiX

Hi Everyone

Hi have an opty 144 and have 1GB(2*512) Crucial BallistiX PC3200 ram but it doesont seem to overclock very well.

I can sell it for around 55 but what should I replace it with.

My budget would be 55-65 and I would be buying second hand.

Any help would be greatly apprectated.
