I have a 7 year old GTX 460 1gb that is running of an Corsair hx 620 psu.

Now I'm looking for a cheap upgrade less than £100 as I don't really game much anymore.

Odd Cs or titanfall game now and then. It's showing its age on a few things.

Will I need to upgrade my PSU too?

To the MM thee shall go! Look out for a GTX780 or perhaps a GTX680 and it'll do you grand. The 780 is still a good card for 1080p and will throw Titanfall around at 3 digit FPS even now. If you can strike a (very) hard bargain you could get a 970 for a shade over £100.

How old is the PSU? if it's 7 years old I'd be a little worried it won't deliver rated power.

GPU wise the £100 could go AMD and the RX460 card bought new :D ...trying to find somewhere selling it new though

For Nvidia it's the 1050 for a touch over £100 bought new, or go second hand for a 960 perhaps? Although 960 isn't a stonking card.

PSU is around 8 years old lol. Maybe close to 10.

Corsair HX 620 modular. Never had no problems tho.
