Upgrade from HD3870?

I have around £100 to £150 that I could spend on an upgrade to my gfx card. I currently have a HD3870 that is slightly factory OCd.

I would like an upgrade to be significant, but to be as quiet as possible without having to resort to aftermarket coolers.

I have no preference to NVidia or ATI, just want the best for the money really :)

4890 or cheapest GTX275 if you want to spend as close to £150

or 4870 or GTX260 if you prefer to be closer to £100
