Upgrade from Nexus 4

Hi all,

Im due an upgrade on my Nexus 4 at the end of March. What would you recommend for an upgrade?

I want a decent camera as I feel the nexus 4 camera was very poor. I like the "raw" android experience of having a nexus and the early upgrades.

Storage is not a massive need as I don't store very much on the phone.

I feel like the obvious choice is the nexus 6 but what do you think?

If you want pure android experience and the rest as listed, then Nexus 6

Nexus 5 or if you don't care as much about vanilla, Xperia Z3.

Nexus 6 is too big IMO.

As above, if Google Android with quick updates is what you care about, Nexus 5 or 6 depending on the size preference will do. Maybe check out the Moto X as well.
