Hi
I've a 1440p monitor, and have just upgraded my CPU, so now have the following system:
Ryzen 5600X
MSI X570-A Pro
4 x 8gb Patriot Viper Steel DDR4-3600
Sabrent rocket 4.0
Corsair TX650M Gold semi-modular
I've been holding off upgrading my nvidia 1070 graphics card until the 4060ti and 7600 were announced, but they look really disappointing from a 1440p point of view. I've about £350 to £400 (at a pinch) to play with, and as I see it I've the following options (some of which take advantage of some heavy price reductions that are clearly aimed at dumping last gen stock):
AMD 6700XT 12GB (£330)
Intel A770 16gb (£360)
Or I do go with an 8GB card, so would have the option of the 6650XT, 7600, 3060ti, or 4060ti.
I don't play FPS - this is more aimed at things like the new Baldurs Gate, Elite Dangerous, etc.
I'd value any advice.
Thanks.
