Upgrade from original Canon 350D

Hello,

I've now got a problem with my Canon 350d that I've used for about 13 years as the CompactFlash card is not sitting correctly on the pins. I need to do some investigation for that, but am now thinking of an upgrade and am looking for advice. I use 'P' mode mostly, but am in no way more than a beginner. I use a Sigma DC 17-70mm almost exclusively, although I also have a Canon EF 75-300mm too.

Budget is flexible, but really no more than say £300 tops and I'd be happy with second hand.

Thoughts?

A 60 and maybe a 70D would fit into that budget (just) and keep you within the Canon stable.
Or you could probably get a 700D as well - depends what you preferred.

I have the 750D and it's a great camera coupled with some good glass.
