RMA'd my RAM, because the system wouldnt boot... but i am fearing it is now the motherboard.... What would you consider to be an Upgrade from a P5N32-E... I want something that supports 4GB in Vista without having to update loads of BIOS, and i want something with similar Chip performance. Don't care what brand it is... but i would prefer ASUS. Oh, and it must have 2 16x PCI E slots

I'm having similar problems with this mobo. Occasionally it doesn't boot and overclocking has been highly unsuccesful. However I've put this down to my current PSU not having an 8pin CPU power connector (I've read that it can cause boot problems.)

I was hoping a new PSU would sort the problem out for me, but if yours has an 8pin connector and its still giving probs, then I'll be looking for a new board too :(

Guys you will probably find its the Motherboard. The P5N32-E is a bit of a illegitimate child. I could get neither Corsair Ballistix or OCZ SLI Ed to work without butchering the timings in the BIOS. Leaves it pretty much un-clockable though. There's a whole host of memory that suffers the same issue.

Best of changing Mobo's if you can. Otherwise, find out what RAM you've got and see if there are any compatibility issues and fixes. The OCZ forum has a step by step guide to get their RAM to work.

P5N-E or IP35 Pro i'd say if you can afford them.
