My son's phone is starting to show its age, any recommendations for a reasonably priced replacement please?

Ideally similar or better performance, and definitely a better camera, thanks in advance.

Ah makes sense thank you. I'll just stick as it is as I much prefer it to stock MIUI. Never had any issues before either until trying Starling. Nationwide, Halifax etc all worked. Already got the Xiaomi.eu GPay module fix installed. Yeah the message about my phone being insecure came up as...

Ordered him the POCO X6 Pro 12 GB + 512 GB, it's his birthday next weekend, so it all ties in nicely.
