Hello,
Was a member a long while back but have been mostly lurking and reading I lost my account details and made a new one.
I'm looking to upgrade my aging p95 system that I built in 2007 as its struggling. I have currently:
- Asus P95 P5K-C
- Intel Q6600 (o/c'd to 3.2ghz) - Cooled with Tuniq Tower
- 2GB DDR2 800mhz
- Nvidia 8800GT
I'm looking at upgrading to the following:

I will be getting a 250GB SSD but am undecided which one to go for as of yet. Also I do intend to overclock the processor a decent amount but not sure which cooler to go for. I do like the look of the H100i GTX AIO cooler but if I made new backplates for my tuniq tower would I be able to fit that?
I do not game on my PC any more, it will be used mainly for some video editing from my gopro and some light 2D CAD work as well as your normal web browsing and office duties. My understanding is that the new Haswell processors can handle integrated graphics and the z97 boards have onboard sound so I could do away with my graphics and sound cards? Would this put extra load on the system and slow it down though? Would buying a passive graphics card be beneficial, its mainly just so I can have a HDMI out in to my TV.
Sorry for the long post but any input would be great as to whether this would work together. I wanted to spend about £500 - £600 ideally and for it to last another 5 or 6 years
