upgrade from radeon 7500

A friend of mine has a radeon 7500 agp .He wants to get the best upgrade he can for £70 max any suggestions? Not a game player but wants to do some video work .

Thanks Aceshigh x700 does look like the way to go .Would there be a great improvement over the 7500 ?

Without wishing to overstate the case the improvement will be blinding, it is far from the newest card out but it is a huge jump in performance. If memory serves it is about equivalent to a 9700/9800pro so if your friend did want to play games they now could albeit not at the highest resolutions.
