What recommended a 4060 Ti 8GB? They're generally disliked by most reviewers.

I'd consider an Arc A770 16GB, OCUK have several around £300.
Just watching the vid now, LONGGOP seems promising with the A770 assuming you use their latest drivers

Intel Arc A770 16GB, is great for the money. Especially on the used market.
Update, I may be able to get my hands on a RTX 3090 from a pal for an incredably good price
