Upgrade from the 4770k ?

yeah no can do. thats the lowest i can get for 4.8. but its been running 24/7 with that for over a year no issues. will be replacing it before it pops im sure :)
 
Then if that's the lowest you can get I would suggest dropping to 4.5-4.6 as that's probably the safer place for your chip to sit at.
 
same here but is a 4670k, im using 1.4v for 4.7. ive not tried to go higher yet but depending on the game its around 50/60c. its been like this for around a year now.
