upgrade from x600

i am looking to upgrade my graphics card, i am willing to spend circa £100. I will be changing from a ati x600 pro guru. Can someone please recommend some, they can be either way of £100 a little

thanks for the replys, would it be worth me going for a 512mb card or sticking with a 256mb - i only really play Battlefield 2
