Upgrade from X850XTPE to HDCP

I've got an ATI X850XTPE and I love it, it runs everything i play perfectly on full settings with full AA etc etc @ my native res of 1280x1024

But....I'm upgrading my monitor to a samsung 226BW with a native res of 1680x1050 which is HDCP capable and vista certified etc etc.

Money is tight with a baby to look after now, but I'm thinking about upgrading my gfx card to get the most out of this monitor.

I'm also thinking about getting BF 2142, and judging by how BF2 special forces runs, I think I might need a bit more power graphically.

What is a good card for me to get, as cheap as possible but better than mine with HDCP capability?

X1950 pro would do the job mate

x1950pro is a good balance between price and speed. However if you can wait, i would advise waiting for the new x2xxx series of ati cards.
