Upgrade from Zotac 260 2

Radeon 6870 1024mb on pre-order offer for £119.99

Radeon 6950 2048mb for £199.99 (or £204.99 for the Twin Frozr)

Nvidia Geforce 470 refurb for £139.99

Any of those would be a nice upgrade. Whats the budget?
 
I had a zotac 260 and bought a 460....I'd recommend either the 6870 on offer now or a 560. The difference will be like night and day :D
