Personally I would choose the gigabyte mobo... has more features (dual bios can save u from a lot of hassles from rma's ecc.. if a flashing goes wrong.. ) Fire wire ecc.. otherwise both packages are the same

Howabout using this motherboard with the e5200 specs above?
