Upgrade help from GTX 460

I've currently got a Asus GeForce GTX 460 Direct CU TOP 768MB, which i've had for a few years. Been working fine, even on latest games however I'm updating my PC so thought it'd be best to update the GPU as well.

My current system is:
i5 2500k OC to 4.4 GHz
4 GB RAM (Upgrading this to 8 GB, may 12)
XFX Pro 650W
(anymore info needed just let me know).

My budget is £150.

I wouldnt buy the above there was a batch of bad un's floating about they have been trying to get rid of on clearance.

I would buy a different make of 7850 or go for the GTX 660
