Upgrade help needed Msi 560ti SLI to Msi 660ti pe

Hello i have 2X MSI 560TI 2gb OC in SLI and they do play every thing i wont on max setting but they do tend to give out a lot heat together and then the fans go's to 60-70 % and give of a lot noise so am looking at buy a new GPU card.

Iv been looking at the msi gtx 660ti 2GB power edition card but what i like to know is will a single msi gtx 660ti 2gb pe gpu be better than two 560ti oc in sli??

I heard that the 700 series coming out in march time this year aswell? so not sure if i should wait intill they do come out to grab a 660ti or a pair of them on the cheap.

two 560tis will flatten a single 660ti in most scenarios, especially when considering PhysX games as it can dedicate a full card to physics.

Stick with the 560TI's, as they will hammer a 660TI. I understand your concerns with heat and noise and unless you are prepared to put them under water, this is something you will have to put up with.

Q1/Q2 is the rumors for the 7XX series and again going with rumors, a predicted 15%-25% increase over the current 6 series is being touted. Worth holding out IMO.
