upgrade help no rush.

Hi was wonderding what i would need to upgrade to be able to play the latest games on med/high setiings on a 1900x900 res. Everything in pc is new but looking to upgrade peice by peice in no hurry over the next few months. Im currently using:

Also with a Zalman Z9 Case and a Nividia 7300 GT Graphics card. Only the graphics card is old but would just a new graphics card and say another 4GB ram run most stuff on med settings on a 22 inch hd monitor?, thanks.

Thanks a lot m8. Wasent sure what i needed as most games have a processor speed spec and graphics. Will probs go for a SSD also for windows install. So prosbs go for a ssd, gfx card, maybe another 4GB ram then that should be set for when ever i upgrade to a i5, i7 in the future. :)
 
i will probs have around £100-150 for the graphics card as its the last old peice in system and i dont upgrade much lol. Is it worth spending a little more for the 560?
 
ah thanks will have a look. Med settings will do for me aslong as i can run them lol. Games i plan on mainly running are the new need for speed games and maybe bf3. This 7300 is so old now its a XFX 7300 GT ok for movies but not for games.
 
The performance difference between a 7300 and a GTX460/6850/6870 is massive, multiple/multiple times faster.
 
ah just what i want lol. Been using this card so long i dont know what a graphics card upgrade feels/looks like. Think i will grab the 460 when i upgrade next month, thanks a lot :)
