Pc upgrade time, any suggestions on what i should do?

My current system

Cpu-Amd 64 X 4800+
Motherboard-Asus M2N-MX
RAM-Kingston 2GB 5300
GFX-Using onboard graphics from motherboard
HDD-Samsung Spinpoint F1 500GB

My questions are

Does anyone know how good my CPU is for clocking, because if its good I'll stick a cooler on it and have a blast.

Of course i need a new graphics card any suggestions?

Does my RAM need upgrading, or is it sufficient?

Budget is £150-175
^^ Don't really want to blow it on one part though

Kind Regard & Thanks in Advance
Ben

Something like these parts might do you, from what I can tell the cooler should allow the CPU some breathing room and the graphics card is an enormous step up from onboard as well as being a bit of a bargain really. You could however consider waiting another month or so to see what the new graphics card releases offer in terms of new options/price reductions.

Watercooling to me just adds another layer of complications but it is effective if you want quieter systems (don't get a noisy pump obviously), I'm not sure that it is hugely below good air cooling in temperature terms though.

If the 9600 is a 9600GT then it wouldn't be a bad option but you'd need someone elses advice on the intricacies of watercooling I'm afraid.

Adding watercooling would turn the 'upgrade' into a 'project'.

A decent setup would likely cost a minimum of £200 and a good few hours of your time.

Seen a Zalman set on another website, its "Silent".

XFX 9600GT 512MB GDDR3 650MHz Dual DVI HDCP HDTV out PCI-E Graphics Card
Yeah its a GT :)

Yeah, the 'Reserator' I'm guessing.

Passive watercooling, so not the best performance but very quiet. Only the noise of your case fans and the pump.

Yes its a Zalman RESERATOR1-PLUS Fanless Water Cooling System

Two questions, is the Xfx 9600gt the best card i'm going to get <£100?

And is the watercooling system mentioned above any good?
