Upgrade help please

I need a new motherboard (my current MSI G33m 775) and a new GPU (9800gt).

I've been looking at

for my mobo but concerned if it will fit my Tuniq Tower on it.

Having not bought anything for so long, a bit out of the loop so don't really know where to start on the GPU but would like to spend in the region of £100-130.

My mobo is dying a slow death if i'm fair. And i'm currently happy enough to not spend £££ on a newer chip. I'm currently running a Q6600 and it suits me down to the ground. When i need more i'll OC it but even @ 2.40Ghz im happy so it is a more work with what ive got (and my mobo is a bit crappy so to me its an upgrade )

I'll look into the 5770 but being an Nvidia fanboy (running a 9800gt), it seems a bit of an alien concept to jump ship.

Well as it stands, i can either upgrade the 9800gt to a 5770 or the Q6600 proc to an I3 and a new mobo.
