Upgrade Help pls.......

Hey guys looking to upgrade my current rig but dont know where to start regarding whats compatible with my motherboard, got bout £400 in the budget so what do you guys reccommend i should do, mainly use the rig for gaming and surfing the net if that helps, spec is in sig...... cheers :)
 
install vista x64, think you can use your x32 bit key, but im not sure about that, wouldnt go out and buy another copy tbh and go for something like this.?

Yeah kennys recommendation looks good, if you contact microsoft (just use website) you can get an upgrade disc from 32 to 64 bit for about £7, cost of p&p
 
Thanks for the suggestions guys, would those be fine with my motherboard also if i put those parts into my rig would i have to do anything else for the setup after installing vista64? i have the BFG 8800gtx at the moment and would the new card just plug in and work straight away with the adapters that the 8800 uses? thanks again
 
i would do this..

install vista x64

install new ram and make sure everything is working

then install graphics card and drivers and your set to go :)

Thats cool m8 cheers, al look into getting the bits soon and al have a go ;) just one other question regarding gaming would that graphics card run the likes of crysis and other demanding games better, whats it like compared to my gtx? also would my processor need upgrading to make the best of the mods?
