upgrade help pls

looking to upgrade my pc used for gaming media etc.any help apprieciated.
my specs are..
cpu i5 [email protected] with noctua tower cooler twin 85mmfans
ram 8gb ddr3@1600mhz
motherboard maximus iv gene-z/gen3{lga1155}
gpu msi twin fozer 3 7950
storage 59gb ssd,298 hdd,1tb usb hdd
psu corsair tx650m
I thought I might just replace the gpu not sure maybe a r9 380 and another ssd
I might have about 500 to spend.thanks bob

Thanks the 390 should fit as it states..

Supports graphic card up to 350mm in length with one HDD mounted
Supports graphic card up to 210mm in length with two/three HDD mounted

Unless you have two/three HDD mounted.

sounds good.that gpu and ssd are well under 500 too thanks..i have space for the ssd aswell.

I'm assuming that the change from the 7950 6+8 pins to 8+8 pins will be easy off of existing psu?

How old is it? 650w is plenty and seems to be a quality PSU by googling it.

just got the deal on the strix 970 with the ssd.heard might have a prob with mb bios.hope not fingers crossed.my bios are version 0402?
