As you've already got 256MB of RDRAM you'll need another 2x128MB of RDRAM to get another 256MB
If you want 2x256MB of RDRAM to give you another 512MB put this in the primary slots and move the 2x128MB into the secondary slots. This is due to the serial access nature of RDRAM so the memory will be slightly quicker in this configuration. Some motherboards won't work with a larger memory bank in the secondary slots than in the primary slots
EDIT: Looking at your screenshots you have PC800 ram (hard to read due to the size). If this is the case you want to buy more PC800 ram
