Upgrade help

Looking to upgrade in the new year, just want some opinions on what would be the best bang for buck. I haven't upgraded for awhile and here are my current specs.

Antec 900 Gaming case
8800GTS
Intel 2140
2GB DDR2
Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R
500 GB HD
Corsair HX 520W

I would like to upgrade my processor, RAM, graphics card and motherboard. I don't need anything else really as I like my case, have optical drives and my hard drive is big enough for now. Not sure if I need a new PSU or if my current one will be enough. The budget is around £400 and I use it mainly for gaming.

Your current PSU should be fine, Intel's new cpu comes out next month Sandy Bridge, it may be worth waiting until then.

Thanks for the spec! Looks good but like you said I might wait for the Sandy bridges, they might even push the price down of other CPUs.
