Upgrade help

I'm still running an Athlon 64 3700+, it's certainly upgrade time.

I'm looking for a Motherboard, CPU & Ram combination for £180ish.

I'm considering one of the Xenon bundles (this one), but would prefer a motherboard with a PATA connection so I don't have to replace my optical drives. I'd also prefer 4 ram slots and would slightly prefer non legacy free so I don't have to buy a new keyboard.

Can anyone suggest a combo, I lost track of the merit of various chipsets and processors a while ago.
