Upgrade help

Hi all. I was going to build my own PC from scratch, but got a good offer on a 2nd hand PC so decided to go with that instead. However as my christmas money was going to be spend on building a new PC I now have some of that avaliable to spend on upgrading the one I have just got.

I have a budget of about £150 (which I know isn't much), but was wondering what if anything you would do to the PC with that?

Specs:

Intel i7 930 processor
Gigabyte GA EX58UD5 motherboard
Nvidia geforce gtx 480
6GB GSkill triple channel DDR3 1600mhz gaming ram
Intel 80gb solid state drive
Patriot Torx 128 solid state drive

It is an Antec case, looks like the 902 v3 case to me.

Any ideas? All I use it for is gaming and surfing the net. Nothing else.

Yeah ,sorry its a full system.

Samsung 2233 3d monitor
Creative Tactic Alpha surround headphones
creative theatre 5.1 powered speaker system

It has an OCZ Mod Xstream modular power supply, but not sure what model that is tbh.

I have got a RAT3 which I love tbh. Keyboard would be a good idea as I only have a cheap one.

So a keyboard is about £100±

Is the CPU overclocked? does it have a aftermarket heatsink?

I don't think it has been overclocked. Not sure about the aftermarket heatsink either to be honest.

Is there a side fan on the case? this limits the max cpu cooler height

Yeah, not sure about that tbh. Pick the PC up tomorrow so will find out then.
