Upgrade help

Hi im looking to get a new graphic card but i am not sure what is compatible with my build so below i will list my specs. my pc is an AMD build so graphic cards to do with AMD is preferable thankyou. I currently have the "AMD Radeon HD 6800 series"

My price tag is £350 - £400

Below is my pc spec:

Motherboard: CrossHair V Formula-Z (added the end part in case you need me to be spacific)
Processor: AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core processor
Memory: 8192MB Ram.

I'd say 290 too, but MSI Gaming.

MSI Radeon R9 290 Looks amazing but what is putting me off is the heating issue my current setup already gets hot and i dont really want to add to it.

I should have pointed that out in my first posed sorry.

What do you mean heating issue?
The MSI has a really nice cooler.

sorry my PSU is 700w
Cooler is Kuhler H2O 620
my case is Antec 300 Three Hundred Ultimate Gaming Case - Black

note the fan that is at the top of this case was not connected on arrival and i did not put it back on due to the fact that it has no guard and would be spinning right next to wires and motherboard.
