upgrade help

Hi, my nephew has the following specced pc:

AMD A8-5600K 3.60GHz quad core
ASrock FM2A75M-DGS AMD75 micro atx board
8gb patriot viper ram
cooler master 500w power supply
zalman t1 mini tower case

He is trying to play BF4 on low settings but it really struggles, I have a spare HD7850 2mg gfx card that i dont need.

Will this card fit and work ok with this rig and will it help running bf4 etc?

That will work fine and is a huge jump in performance over the APU's built-in gfx core.
