So this is my current work/gaming PC:
-i5 3570k got cpu,mobo and ram in a bundle but its a asus z77a with 8gbs of DDR3
-Gigabyte ATI Radeon 7970 ghz edition windforce 3x 3072MB graphics card.
-Corsair Builder Series CX 500w Modular '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply
-Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB SATA 6Gb/s 16MB Cache
and a 128gb ssd for the OS.

So now i really want to refine my computer as it takes up a lot of space and i'm in the process of moving into a small apartment. So i want to go with a smaller mini itx build. I also got my hands on a 780ti and i was recommended to get a Asus Maximus VI Impact Mini ITX LGA1150 so would this be a good choice ?

So basically i just need an experts help
-Price isn't an issue my new moto 'buy nice or buy twice' :)
-Asus Maximus VI impact ?
-I know a smaller case(most likely a bitfenix one) a long with a 780ti might have heat issues so what cooling systems etc could i use?
-should i go up to 16gb of ram for work use (graphic designer)
-worth considering a new i7?
-a new psu
-need bigger HD

and any extra suggestions would be appreciated.

Can't say much about that board, but I'm running a far less fancy Asrock one with a 770 and that seems fine. Also, I have a Prodigy case and have no heat issues what so ever with my 770 - runs at about 40deg when idling and aprox 60 under full load (basically silent) and yes, a 780ti will definitely fit in that case assuming you don't mind losing the top stack of the HDD bays.

PSU - wise, just make sure it's footprint isn't too big as the Prodigy case doesn't have a huge amount of space there. I have a Corsair 600M and that's fine (just). I'd say you'd be pushing your luck at 500W for a 780ti and an i7.
