Upgrade Help

Not updated my pc for a while and need some advice if poss.

Here is my current rig:-

i5 - 3470 @ 3.20ghz 3.60ghz
8GB Ram
GTX 650Ti Boost Graphic Card
Windows 7
120 SSD
1.36TB Maxtor HD (SATA)
Gigabyte Mobo

windows rating is 6.9 due to HD Transfer rate

Any advice would be great would be using it for gaming mainly Elder Scrolls Online BF4 etc

Got approx £200 - £250 to spend

to be honest the PSU could do with upgrading its not a top brander

got enough room on my SSD and Sata drives so what should i go for?
