Upgrade help

I am running an Intel 3570k in a Z77 mono and using 16gb Samsung Green DDR3 1600 at 1866 but want to upgrade to 32gb and need help in choosing something suitable and would have to be 4 sticks of 8gb each. My CPU is over clocked to 4.2ghz as well.

What do you feel you need so much ram?
what do you use your system for?

Flight simulation mainly which is resource hungry, namely X-plane 10 which is 64bit an even consumes all my 4gb VRAM if I'm not careful so I'm looking to get a 6gb 980Ti as well.
