Upgrade help

Hi guys haven't been in the game in a few years upgrading my old rig with another 4gb of ddr2 ram and another 1tb hdd.
I currently have a h50-1 in my antec 900 two what fan should I get for a push pull configuration preferably one that is quiet but sill pushes a fair amount of air thanks again

Thanks for the advice what's your opinion on these solid state Hard drives thinking bout just buying a standard 1tb and running it in raid 1.
