upgrade iMac HDD?

I'm considering going for the one down from the top imac, don't think the .13GHz is a justified £100 but the 1TB for £80 more than the 640GB? maybe thats not so bad but what would you recommend? get the 640, buy a third party 1TB and put the 640 in an enclosure for Time Machine?

I'm torn on how to get the best value for money, i'm going for the top graphics card though for an extra £40

unless its changed since i last looked Imac HDD is hard to get to without breaking your warrenty, i suggest you pay the Extra ££ on the 1TBi if you need more you xcan get external later
