Upgrade? Is it worth it

Hi there guys is there a point to upgrade any of my components?
Here are specs:
I7 4770k 4.4ghz @1.246v
MSI Z87 gd65 mobo
EVGA GTX 780 SC ACX
8gb ram 2x4gb
Corsair AX760
Corsair H100i
Samsung evo 840 120gb

I was thinking about new cpu from skylake but not sure if it's worth it? Any recommendations on what could I possibly upgrade to give be boost in 1080p gaming and occasional rendering for youtube.
 
Thanks guys for advice so it looks like Im going to sell my gpu for around £160, save some money and get 980ti which should be an upgrade :P Also does 980ti support full dx12 as I heard maxwell doesnt fully supported ( I read it somewhere today)

Also is it worth it to buy 980ti 2nd hand or should I save bit more and buy new?
