soo iv got the upgrade itch, got roughly £100 what shall i get

ssd? better board? graphics card?

But what is the main use?

If its HTPC or General Office PC then there is no need for the gfx upgrade.

My vote goes for a GPU change but first eBay what you have to and use the recouped money along with the £100 to buy yourself something decent. A GTX480 now seems to be a good deal though that's more than your budget. A second hand GTX470 though should be within reach though.
