Can anyone recommend me an overclocked bundle that I can fit myself? That way I haven't got to mount CPU and heatsinks etc.

if you bought an overclocked bundle you would still have to fit the cpu and heatsink yourself!

After the CPU, if you haven't already done so, there's a 1001 tweaks you can do to get better performance.

You should get a cheaper 2500K instead and put the money saved towards an overclockable motherboard, a 2500K at 4.5ghz (easy overclock with a decent cooler) would blow a stock 2700K out of the water in most things.
