Upgrade my i5 3570k but stay on 1155

I don't gots dem pennies for a full rebuild. But I'm starting to see my CPU bottle neck a few things. It's OC'd at 4.2Ghz, is it worth upgrading it?

Not possible, I've tried multiple times, it's just not stable.

id either bag a cheap 2700k or 3700k or sell mobo , cpu ram and drop on the deal that is coming monday for 499.

that will be a great upgrade especially when you factor selling your gear.to ofset the price.

Not possible, I've tried multiple times, it's just not stable.

You would probably see a decent boost if you got a secondhand 3770k and clocked it up to 4.5ghz.

It's up to you if it's enough of upgrade though.
