Upgrade my motherboard

Hi guys

I currently have a 3770K and an Asus P8Z77-V Pro. I was thinking of getting the following:

Intel 4930K 3.40GHz (Ivybridge-E) Socket LGA2011 Processor - OEM
Rampage IV Extreme Intel X79 (Socket 2011) DDR3 Motherboard.

Would I need to reinstall windows again if I am keeping the same hardware or is there another way of doing it so I dont loose my dual boot and installed programs?
Any info appreciated.

If you are buying RIVE, get Black Edition imho.
As for re-installing, I swapped my gear from m-itx system to e-atx system without clean instal and everything works same as before.

Its prettier

BIOS is better from what I heard.
I was going to buy it and 4930 some time ago and did some research.
And it's newer tech, so better reselling value.
