Upgrade my sound card

Hi guys i need some help on the below question and would like some input.

I currently use the below with AKG K702, would it be worth the upgrade to a Sound BlasterX AE-5.

Realtek ALC1150 115dB SNR HD Audio with built-in rear audio amplifier

It entirely depends on what you are plugging into it.

That would be excellent combination for gaming.
K702 is one of the best headphones for binaural sound.

Thanks will look at getting one then, shame Overclockers dont have any is stock.

Month ago released Sound BlasterX G6 would be external equivalent, if you would have need to move sound card between computers.
It has also Dolby Digital decoding for console support.

Creative has also very interesting head and ear shape customizable HRTF algorithm using "Super X-Fi" tech, but there haven't yet been any data if/when there will be sound cards with it.
