Hello Overclockers!

Just built my system in december, and im loving the gaming experience a lot. Basically all i use my PC for is to browsing the internet, streaming video, watching DVD's and mainly playing games Call of Duty in particular.

My Spec is:

Asus P5QC / Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93GHz 3Mb Cache / NVIDIA 9600GT / 4GB DDR2.

My issue is: When streaming video and also watching DVD's i get a flickering horizontal line going, from top of the screen to the bottom and moving downwards. I have 2 displays connected to my GPU. A LG 22" monitor (connected vid dvi) and an Toshiba 32" HD TV (connected via hdmi).

So the question is, are the displays too much for my GPU? And should i get an ATI 5850 (which i want in future), or will i need to upgrade my CPU too.

you wont need to upgrade your CPU to see a big benefit in performance from upgrading your graphics card. With a 4870 or 4890 you would see a big improvement in gaming i would think if you can't afford the 5850 yet.

I wasnt sure if the CPU would be able to handle the 5850. I am waiting for Nvidia to launch there new GPU card and hopefully the 5850 should come down in price, will probably buy it in a few months or so.
