HI all,
I am just looking to see if I am going to need to upgrade parts soon (with the release of BF4, COD:Ghosts etc, coming soon) or whether they will be ok for a while yet.

CPU: AMD FX6100 auto turbo'ed to 3.8Ghz

Cooler: Corsair H100 liquid cooler

Motherboard:Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 AMD 990FX (Socket AM3+) DDR3

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Gold 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX560 Ti 2GB DDR5 TWIN FROZR II OC (my brother has the same GPU so could convince him to upgrade then I could SLI two of these?)

CASE:Corsair Carbide 500R Midi-Tower Case

HDD: 2x 500GB HDD (WD caviar black and green)

PSU: Hiper Type-R 580W modular

If you were going SLI you'd need a new PSU, id suggest a new PSU anyway, as i bet that unit is pretty old now.. Though is still a quality product..

Im not sure about the 6100.. Personally id throw a 8320 in there just to be sure. :)

My suggestion would be these two:

YOUR BASKET
1 x Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Dual-X OC 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Card £229.99
1 x AMD Piledriver FX-8 Eight Core 8320 Black Edition 3.50GHz (Socket AM3+) Processor - Retail £119.99
Total : £349.98 (includes shipping : FREE).

Do you think I NEED to upgrade at this time? Also how would the two sli graphics cards compare to the one you have linked?

I don't think you NEED too...

It may be capable..

I'd wait til the games are out and give them a try, if you are not getting great FPS an upgrade may be needed.

I think the two cards in SLI can perform as well/a tiny bit better as my suggest single card, though SLI brings its own issues, as well as the fact your PSU may be underpowered for two cards.
