Upgrade ---- Nikon D60?

Hi,

As the title hints at me and my wife are thinking of upgrading from a Nikon H60 to something new. We have had the H60 since 2009 and it has gone through a lot including a round the world trip. Probably has over 20k shutter count.

I have been looking at the Nikon D5200 or D5300. Is it worth getting a full lens kit or just the body as I can use the 2 lenses I have from the D60??
