I'm wanting to upgrade to Conroe. I've got the cash ready and everything. I was going to wait for an RD600 chipset motherboard to come out, but I honestly don't think I have the patience. I hear it's going to be great for overclockers, but I'm not into that a whole lot so I'm beginning to wonder if getting one of the current Conroe-supporting motherboard will do me fine.
Not being much of an overclocker, would I even see much noticeable speed improvements when comparing an RD600 chipset motherboard to whatever is considered the best motherboard for Conroe right now?
Basically I'm asking... for someone like me that doesn't overclock much (at all, actually, though I'd like to give it a go oncce I've upgraded) is it worth waiting for an RD600 or should I get one of the motherboards available now?
Thanks!
