customer returns, missing packaging or/and missing accessories but the item itself works perfectly.

Have bought loads of b-grade stuff from OCUK no problem.
 
Good choice but extra £40 will get you a nice quad core, it all depends what you use your pc for really but you can't go wrong at those prices.
