Upgrade Options?

Hey everyone. Im not really upto date on my hardware anymore so any advice would be great.

Current Specs -

6300 @ 2.9Ghz
4x1GB 6400 DDR2
8800GTS 512mb
Vista 64bit

What do you think I should upgrade on that list? Options are

Upgrade RAM to 8gb of this for example...

Bare in mind - For my dads XMAS present I was planning on giving him some of my current PC parts and I upgrade the major differance componets to games...

Well the thing is. I dont REALLY have a price range but I would say nothing above £300ish?

I plan on getting my dad a new GFX card, CPU and RAM for xmas. So whatever I upgrade im gonna give him my old, kinda thing.

What do you want to do with your upgraded machine

If it already does all you need, you might be better off buying cheaper, new components for your Dad.

If it doesn't do what you want it to do - what is it you want to do and if games, which and on what screen?
