Sorry for another upgrade thread. Looking at a 2500k but the mobo and ram choices or loads so what decend board and ram am I looking for guys.

The RAM is on offer till Tuesday night, goes back up Wednesday morning. if you plan on overclocking you're going to want a better cooler than the one that comes with the cpu, it'll let you oc to 4ghz but a third party/after market cooler gives better temps. The gelid tranquilo or corsair a50 are decent cheap(~£25) coolers that'll let you oc to around 4.5ghz

I have a water block on my 775 board looks like it is multi socket so hopefully it will fit.
