Upgrade options??

Current spec is in sig... Looking to upgrade CPU to ivy in April to open up pcie3 on mobo..

Currently playing bf3 and eve online.. Bf3 is about 40-60 fps depending on maps.. Have a crappy 19inch monitor what do I upgrade 1st?? Monitor then march time get a new 7850 and ivy ??
